An advice to the Australian Cricket Team, Media and Critics

I've discussed in one of my previous posts that the whingeing nature of the Australian media as well as the cricket team upsets me quite a bit. Generally their unfair criticism of the opposition frustrates me, however I have always admitted that their comments often helps to lift their team's morale. This success however is generally due to weak oppositions they have been playing. Today another brilliant performance by the Indians against them has once again proven all the Australian speculations wrong. So today I felt confident enough to post the following message to the editor of "Sydney Morning Herald".

Subject: Cricket Talk

Over the last few many years, the Australian Cricketers, Australian Media as well as the Cricket Critics have used big words and off-the-field talk to put pressure on the oppositions, and quite frankly, more often than not, it has worked in Australia's favour. But we must admit that this summer, such talk has put pressure on Australian team itself. So when the opposition is playing as well as Indians are playing at the moment, it's only sensible that Australians just shut-up and concentrate on the basics of Test Cricket that are missing from Australian team.

Five weeks into my training in the Railway Training Collage.. and I'm already feeling I've had enough.. and don't get me wrong here fellows. I still am all into learning. I love to learn and do new things, but I guess it's just the nature of the training that's putting me off.

Anyway, enough about work. The life otherwise seems to have come to a standstill. Parents seem to be getting more impatient by the day about my marriage. They even got her photos off her family and told me that they were about to send them to me. Then I got lucky and they changed their mind about her for some reason. I have nothing against getting married.. and won't mind getting married in the next two years or so, but at the same time, the importance of this decision also makes it somewhat scary. I'm sure everyone my age would understand what I mean by that. I'm not particularly against arranged marriage either.. but I just don't know how is it all gonna happen in the end. Or maybe I'm just stressing too much.

Okay then.. time to get going. Keep writing friends. And by the way, if any of you don't already know, you guys can put your comments/posts on here as well. If you wish to do so, just let me know and I'll send you an invitation (which you do need to post your comments here).
